LongeVC Joins Proton Intelligence’s $6.95M Seed Round

Proton Intelligence has closed a $6.95 million seed financing round to advance its continuous potassium monitoring (CKM) platform. LongeVC joined the round together with SOSV, Tenmile, We Venture Capital, 15th Rock, Trampoline Venture Partners, and Exor.

The CKM platform is designed to provide real-time, on-demand potassium data, addressing a critical need in managing cardio-kidney-metabolic diseases. Dangerous fluctuations in potassium levels, which can lead to cardiac arrhythmias and sudden death, remain a key challenge for clinicians and patients. By enabling continuous monitoring, Proton’s technology enables clinicians and patients to make safer, more effective treatment decisions and improve outcomes for conditions such as chronic kidney disease and heart failure.

Proton Intelligence plans to use the funds to start human trials for the CKM platform, with a focus on monitoring potassium levels in patients with kidney disease, bringing this technology closer to market.
