Pascal Schümperli

As a former Partner, Group Head Private Market Investments and BoD at one of Switzerland and Singapore’s leading multi-family office/asset management groups, he held senior leadership roles spanning governance and global liquid asset management, private markets (venture capital, private equity, and M&A), and strategic business development.

In parallel, Pascal is the Founder and Principal of XESS (www.x-ess.com), a private family office focused on venture and private markets investing. Through XESS, he has created exclusive co-investment opportunities for a network of like-minded UHNWI families, in which he also personally participates.

He also serves as a Partner at Ameliora Wealth Management, a large and independent SEC and FINMA licenced Zurich-based wealth manager.

An entrepreneur at heart, Pascal has co-founded and exited two technology companies and continues to work at the intersection of traditional and digital finance.

He is a member of the Young Leaders Circle of the Milken Institute and is recognized for his integrity, structured approach, and long-term relationships with leading founders, families, and institutional allocators worldwide.
